The Advanced Roofing Estimating Workshop is a two-day live classroom training program taught by John Kenney, designed for experienced roofing estimators, estimating managers, project managers, operations leaders, and roofing company owners involved in bidding and preconstruction decisions.
This workshop focuses on the decisions and disciplines that directly affect project profitability. Attendees will work through real-world estimating challenges including bid selection, project risk, labor and productivity assumptions, complete project cost development, scope review, proposal strategy, margin protection and the handoff from estimating to operations.
The training is practical, interactive, and built around how roofing companies actually estimate work.

Coffee, drinks, snacks and lunch will be provided during both training days.
All classroom exercises can be completed by hand using paper, pencil and a calculator. Laptops and estimating software are welcome but are not required.
Attendance is limited to maintain an interactive classroom environment.
